Great Smoky Mountains & Blue Ridge Parkway Adventure
The Great Smoky Mountains of North Carolina was the perfect place to spend a few weeks in late August last summer- diving into the wilderness life along the Tennessee border.
This is the story of visiting my parents in their summertime RV Park, and allowing them to show me the beautiful views along the Blue Ridge Parkway. We check out some waterfall and rock sliding activities in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, and I get a good idea of what I might want to get into next summer.
I had been sitting on this North Carolina footage for several months, along with what will be Part II of this adventure- my wildlife quest to Cataloochee Valley. I thought it was definitely time to get it published before I dive into my recent footage from the Muir Woods in Northern California. I’m also glad to say I’ve made many technical video advancements since then, as this video involved testing out some new gear (as usual).
